The 2024 Cash Sharing Plan will distribute MOP10,000 each to 717,018 eligible Macao permanent residents and MOP6,000 to 30,850 eligible non-permanent residents in an orderly manner from tomorrow (2) to July 31 through bank transfer or crossed cheque.

Beneficiaries who will receive bank transfer from 2 July

Pension beneficiary

Retired public servants and pension beneficiaries receiving pensions

Persons who have registered to receive tax refunds or other benefits from the Financial Services Bureau (DSF) by bank transfer

Beneficiary of disability benefits

Beneficiaries of financial assistance from the Social Welfare Bureau

Teaching staff receiving direct grant or professional development grant and students receiving tertiary bursaries under the Education Fund

Public administration workers who are not registered to receive tax refunds or other benefits from the Financial Services Bureau by bank transfer

The above eligible recipients will be disbursed under the 2024 Cash Sharing Scheme by bank transfer.

Crossed cheques will be sent from July 9

The remaining eligible recipients of the 2024 Cash Sharing Scheme will receive crossed cheques by surface mail starting from 9 July, which can only be deposited into the beneficiary's account. Cheques received by minor beneficiaries under the age of 18 can be deposited into the beneficiary's account as well as the beneficiary's father's or mother's account.

To facilitate residents to enquire about the status of receiving cash sharing payments, residents may visit the dedicated webpage (www.planocp.gov.mo) of the Cash Sharing Scheme or log on to Macao One to enquire about the information of their individual disbursements, or the reasons for not meeting the disbursement conditions of the Cash Sharing Scheme as prescribed by law. You can also use the self-service kiosks of DSI's more than 40 stations in Macao to authenticate your identity card and fingerprint to get the basic information of the issuance status in real time.

In addition, there is an online application for re-issuance of cheques, which can be submitted by residents through the Cash Sharing Scheme website (www.planocp.gov.mo) or by logging in to the Common Access to Public Services of the Macao SAR on the date of application for re-issuance of cheques, or by visiting the counters of the Cash Sharing Scheme at the three service stations.

Cheque mailing address can be changed through the dedicated weblet, Macao One Account or the Identification Services Bureau

Residents can update their cheque addresses through the Cash Sharing Scheme website (www.planocp.gov.mo), by logging in to the Common Access to Public Services of the Macao SAR, or by sending a declaration of change of address directly to DSI.
