With the theme of "Grasping Party Discipline Learning and Education from the Height of Stressing Politics, Continuously Improving Political Position, Shouldering Political Responsibility, and Strictly Abiding by the Political Bottom Line", Shi Huijie expounded on the political significance of strengthening the party's discipline construction and grasped the spiritual connotation of party discipline learning, education and learning from the four aspects of "learning discipline, knowing discipline, knowing discipline, and abiding by discipline", and guided party members and cadres to know awe, guard against fear, and keep the bottom line through special party classes.
In the special party class, Shi Huijie emphasized that party members and cadres should learn party discipline to clarify the direction, strengthen the muscles and bones, cultivate the original intention, consolidate the foundation of faith, strengthen ideals and beliefs, and consistently implement the party's excellent traditions and fine style into their work, so that they must adhere to the supremacy of the people, stand firmly on the people's position, always keep in mind the original mission, and always maintain the pragmatic spirit of serving the people "always on the road".
