On the morning of June 28, Zhongcun Street held a meeting to celebrate the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. More than 200 people participated, including members of the leadership team of Zhongcun Street, all party members and cadres in the street, secretaries of various party organizations and organization members, winners of the 2024 "50 Years of Glory in the Party" medal, and 2023 new development party members.
At the beginning of the conference, new party members lined up to take the oath, and old party members reviewed the oath of joining the party. Subsequently, the district-level "Communist Party Member Demonstration Post" was reported, and the posts of Zhongcun Street that were rated as the district-level "Communist Party Member Demonstration Post" include Zhongsi Village Public Service Post, and the first service window for Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, overseas Chinese, and foreign residents in the colorful community. Zhang Jingying, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Zhongcun Street, and Li Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Sub-district Office, became the old party members who won the commemorative medal of "50 years of glory in the party" in 2024.

In order to further give full play to the strengths of Zhongcun Street enterprises, gather the strength of party building, and encourage and mobilize more social forces to participate in the "high-quality development project of 100 counties, thousands of towns and 10000 villages", the conference held the flag awarding ceremony of the vanguard team of the party organization of Zhongcun Street to help the "100,000 Project" enterprise, and the leaders presented flags to the representatives of 5 teams, including the party branch of the Guangzhou Football Park Stadium Project of China Construction Fourth Bureau and the party committee of Guangdong Clifford Hospital Co., Ltd. Through the first batch of five party organizations to join the vanguard team, it aims to let more party organizations and social forces join the vanguard team of the "Millions of Thousands Project" in Zhongcun Street in the future.

In the party class, Zhang Jingying interpreted some articles of the "Constitution of the Communist Party of China" and "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China" in combination with the current social status and work status, and shared three insights: First, we must always remember the definition of the Communist Party of China and assume the responsibility of the leadership core.
