Such lockers are currently set up in the east gate, south gate, west gate, and southwest gate of Taoranting Park, and 3 groups at the north gate, with 8 box doors in each group, a total of 152 box doors, which were officially opened to the public on May 31 this year. Li Miaoxuan, from the management and operation department of Taoranting Park, introduced that this is in response to the feedback of tourists that "there is no place to store items", which has been added after full research and scientific evaluation.

Taoranting Park is near Beijing South Railway Station, there are a lot of tourists from other places, tourists go to the tourist service center to store bags, store large luggage, but the tourist service center has no conditions to store for them. There are also many residents in the surrounding area, and they come to the park to run at night, so it is inconvenient to bring something with them. , so they suggested adding lockers, which the park felt was also very necessary. According to the needs of different tourists, the park tailors large-size storage boxes to facilitate tourists who need to get on the train. The park has also added toilet indicator lights to clearly see whether the pit is being used or not, and there are guide signs highlighting the direction of the toilets.

In Ritan Park, the QR code of "Director's Mailbox" maximizes the efficiency of solving park appeals. Yu Yajun, director of Ritan Park, said that in this way, problems can be dealt with in a timely manner, and it only takes a few minutes from the public's report to solve the problem.

Storage boxes are set up at the north and south gates of the park, which solves the problem of people needing to access items when they visit the park. The toilets in Ritan Park were built in 2001 and have never been renovated, and the facilities are outdated, but two have been renovated this time, and the remaining two are planned to be completed by September. The toilet is built according to the star standard, and the third toilet is set up and replaced with an intelligent operating system. Now the use rate of the "principal's mailbox" QR code is getting lower and lower.

Since the beginning of this year, the Municipal Landscaping Bureau has focused on five categories and 10 sub-categories of problems such as open management, civilized gardening, insufficient facilities, and lagging maintenance, and innovatively put forward the "1000000000" park service management measures, that is, a Beijing park service brand, 10 park management service optimization models, 100 parks to transform and upgrade, 1000 park monitoring, 1000 ecological and cultural activities, 10,000 questionnaires, 10,000 park management service personnel training, and 10,000 volunteer cultivation certification.

Ma Hong, director of the Park Management Department of the Municipal Landscaping Bureau, said that the main focus is on the optimization and improvement of the service quality of the park, such as the service ability of the window personnel, the open and shared green space, the maintenance of facilities, the entry of children's cars, barrier-free facilities, etc., the Municipal Landscaping Bureau and different departments have jointly formed a special work class to jointly promote the work of "one question per month".

This summer, the city will launch 198 park cultural activities involving 185 parks, including intangible cultural heritage experience, Songkran Festival, 24 solar terms-themed series of activities, science popularization, etc.
