I would like to extend my cordial greetings and high respect to the veteran party members and comrades who have made positive contributions to the development of Qinghai prison in various historical periods!
History is engraved with glory, and the years remember the glory. From the groundbreaking founding of the party, to the change of the world after the founding of the People's Republic of China, and then to the earth-shaking world today, the Communist Party of China has always been true to its original aspiration and mission, united and led the people of all ethnic groups across the country to fight bloody battles and persevere, achieved national independence, people's liberation, and national prosperity, profoundly changed the direction and process of the development of the Chinese nation in modern times, profoundly changed the future and destiny of the Chinese people and the Chinese nation, profoundly changed the trend and pattern of world development, and wrote the most magnificent epic in the history of the Chinese nation for thousands of years. We are marching towards the second centenary goal of building a great modern socialist country in an all-round way.
A party member has a banner, a branch has a fortress. Under the strong leadership and glorious light of the party, the party organizations at all levels and the majority of party members in the prison system of the province have overcome one difficulty after another, won one "tough battle" after another, and fulfilled one historical task after another entrusted by the party and the people in the course of more than 70 years of ups and downs. In recent years, Party organizations at all levels and the majority of Party members throughout the system have always adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, unswervingly adhered to the Party's absolute leadership over prison work, adhered to the people-centered development philosophy, resolutely implemented the prison work policy of "combining punishment and reform, and taking reform as the purpose", and closely focused on the main line of "preventing risks, ensuring safety, grasping norms, re-reforming, and promoting development", making every effort to maintain security and stability, promoting social fairness and justice, and achieving the "four noes" of supervision and safety for 22 consecutive yearsThe goal is to successfully transform a large number of criminals into law-abiding citizens who are useful to the society, and contribute to the construction of a safe Qinghai and the rule of law in Qinghai.
The new era is magnificent, and the new journey is drumming and urging.
