In order to further strengthen the risk control and hidden danger investigation and rectification of summer safety production in the cultural and tourism market, and standardize the order of the tourism market, on June 21, the Jinxiang County Culture and Tourism Bureau launched a 100-day special action to investigate and rectify the summer safety production of the cultural and tourism industry and strictly manage and investigate the tourism market.
During the operation, law enforcement officers successively went deep into tourist attractions, travel agencies, cultural business units, public cultural venues, cultural protection units and other places to carry out all-round and seamless safety production law enforcement inspections, focusing on the inspection of fire protection facilities and equipment, safe passages and evacuation exit settings, special equipment operation permits, safety protection facilities, scenic spot flood control and other content, severely crack down on "black tour chartered cars", "black cruise ships" and illegal modification of vehicles, and strictly check the qualifications of travel agencies and the safety of tourists. Emphasis will be placed on inspecting violations of laws and regulations by cultural relics protection units. At the same time, around the tourist attractions around the market order, traffic order, environmental sanitation, tourism service quality and travel agencies "unreasonable low-cost tours", "unauthorized travel agency business", "cross-border gambling tourism" and other behaviors to carry out rectification. Up to now, a total of 13 law enforcement vehicles have been dispatched, 120 law enforcement officers have been dispatched, and a total of 28 cultural business units such as Internet cafes, entertainment venues, and e-sports hotels have been inspected, 3 cultural venues, 12 cultural protection units, 2 scenic spots, and 2 travel agencies, and 18 problems and hidden dangers have been found, and relevant units have been urged to rectify.
The special action will last until mid-September, Jinxiang County Culture and Tourism Bureau will continue to increase law enforcement, strictly implement the safety production responsibilities and measures of the cultural and tourism industry, continue to carry out safety hazard investigation and market order rectification work, maintain the order of the tourism market, ensure the stability of the county's safety production situation in the summer, and provide tourists with a safe and comfortable tourism environment.
