A few days ago, Fengze District built a district-level emergency material reserve. The library is located in the Xinpu community of Huada Street, with a total area of more than 300 square meters. The reserve is divided into two main functional areas: the emergency material reserve warehouse and the emergency rescue force joint logistics center. Among them, the joint logistics center of emergency rescue forces includes offices, lounges, multi-functional conference halls and other areas, which can meet the needs of emergency rescue teams on duty, consultation, research and judgment, business training and so on.
This is an important measure for Fengze District to continue to consolidate the grassroots foundation and continuously strengthen the ability to deal with emergencies. Since the beginning of this year, Fengze District has thoroughly studied and implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on disaster prevention, mitigation, relief and emergency management, and continued to work emergency response capabilities to improve grassroots disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities.
Consolidate emergency supplies and equipment
Fully docking with the relevant national policy documents on disaster prevention, mitigation and relief, and continuing to enrich a total of 10,667 pieces (sets) of materials and equipment in 33 categories according to priorities, such as forest fire prevention and extinguishing, flood control, rescue and rescue, comprehensive support, etc., and do a good job of shelving management according to the functional use of materials and equipment. At the same time, it has successively purchased 4 batches of emergency materials and equipment, including "dragon water absorption", drones, water rescue, etc., and allocated them to fire and rescue agencies, streets, armed police and social forces free of charge, so as to further improve the level of various rescue forces and equipment in the jurisdiction.
Improve emergency response capabilities
Set up district, street, community flood control emergency rescue teams and fire rescue, urban management, public security, traffic police and other types of emergency rescue teams 116, numbering 2,576 people, continue to strengthen flood control business knowledge training and plan drills, a total of 18 flood control business training, more than 700 participants; A total of 54 emergency drills have been organized, with more than 1,200 participants.
