Toyota continues to expand its Crown lineup, with the latest member, the Crown Signia SUV, already on sale in some overseas regions and a full-scale Japanese market in July this year. According to the information on Toyota's official website, the body size of the Crown Signia SUV is 4930×1880×1620mm, and the wheelbase reaches 2850mm, which makes it exceed the competitor Ideal L6 (4925mm) in length. The exterior design of the new car continues Toyota's design language, with a large mesh grille at the front and LED headlight clusters on both sides similar to the style of the Toyota Camry. At the rear, a concealed exhaust and family-style LED taillight clusters add a touch of modernity.
In terms of power, the Signia SUV is expected to be equipped with a 2.5-liter naturally aspirated engine and an electric motor as standard in the domestic market, with a maximum output of 179kW. The drivetrain is expected to be mated to a CVT gearbox and will be fully equipped with an AWD all-wheel drive system to meet the needs of different road conditions.
