On the morning of June 25, the Ebian People's Court, in conjunction with the County Transportation Bureau, invited 7 logistics and delivery companies in the jurisdiction to jointly hold a symposium on the management of the source of drug cases.
At the symposium, Liu Hua, president of the criminal division of the Ebian Court, explained the types and harms of drugs to the heads of mail and logistics enterprises and practitioners, popularized the relevant laws and regulations on drug control, and required the strict implementation of the three "100%" systems, and at the same time informed all practitioners that if drug-related violations and crimes are found, they should report to the public security organs in a timely manner to prevent drugs and other contraband from circulating through mail and logistics channels.
Legal popularization and publicity
On the afternoon of June 25, the police officers of the Ebian Court went to the school and the village committee to carry out anti-drug propaganda activities.
At the scene of the event, the court officers and police distributed pamphlets printed with anti-drug knowledge, handbags, fans, aprons and other gifts to the masses, explaining to the masses the difference between traditional drugs and new drugs, the types, characteristics, and harms of drugs, as well as the circumstances that may be committed in daily life drug crimes, reminding the masses to be vigilant, consciously resist bad temptations, and prevent them from embarking on the road of breaking the law and committing crimes. At the same time, the cadres and police officers also gave a focused explanation on the concealment and harmfulness of new drugs, and actively answered the public's inquiries about drug problems.
The activity brought anti-drug knowledge into the campus, into the family, and into the community, distributed more than 200 brochures, and answered more than 20 legal consultations from the masses, which played a good social effect of "publicizing a public, driving a family, and influencing the whole society".
