——Hai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Medical Community in the summer nine series of activities into the east of the city
On the morning of June 28, experts from the medical community of Hai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the volunteer service team of Chengdong Town Central Health Center walked into Shiqiao Community, Chengdong Town, to carry out a health tour and free clinic activity of "Health into the Community, Traditional Chinese Medicine into Ten Thousand Homes, and Free Clinics Warm People's Hearts".
The event was presided over by Xie Jianjun, vice president of Chengdong Town Central Health Center, and Chen Jun, director of the Office of the Medical Community of the Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, participated in the event.
At the event site, the experts of the Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine gave a lecture on the popular science knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and health for everyone for the rational use of drugs and reasonable diet, and carried out popular science lectures from the aspects of daily life, emotional regulation, dietary avoidance, exercise and other aspects, taught everyone daily health medication and dietary knowledge, and interacted with community residents, and the atmosphere of the lecture was active.
In the free clinic activities, most of the geriatric patients came to consult, and the experts analyzed the condition, professional diagnosis and treatment for the masses through "looking, hearing and asking", and guided the hot issues such as chronic disease prevention and post-recovery health care for elderly patients from the aspect of traditional Chinese medicine, popularized the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine on common diseases and frequent diseases and the relevant knowledge of self-care of traditional Chinese medicine, and advocated the masses to pay attention to traditional Chinese medicine health care and physical fitness in their daily lives. According to the needs of patients with different diseases, the site also carried out free gua sha, moxibustion, cupping and other characteristic TCM physiotherapy and TCM appropriate technical operations.
At the end of the event, the volunteer service team of the Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine carried out the "Baduanjin" exercise performance for the masses present, and the wonderful "Baduanjin" advocated health sports, and the performance pushed the health tour and free clinic activities to a climax, and won everyone's applause and praise.
It is understood that more than 80 people received various consultations, distributed more than 120 copies of traditional Chinese medicine health promotion manuals, and treated more than 40 patients free of charge. The development of this activity allowed the community residents to learn some commonly used traditional Chinese medicine health care knowledge, fully feel the magical role of traditional Chinese medicine in disease prevention and treatment, health care, and at the same time publicized the broad and profound culture of traditional Chinese medicine, so that more people can approach traditional Chinese medicine, understand traditional Chinese medicine, and trust traditional Chinese medicine, which has played a positive role in popularizing traditional Chinese medicine knowledge and enhancing health care awareness.
