On June 30, 2024, Xie Baoping's financial and securities team submitted a new batch of 002770 Kedi Dairy investor claim filing materials to the Intermediate People's Court of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. The investors took Cody Dairy to court for damages caused by its misrepresentation.
Prior to this, Kedi Dairy was punished by the China Securities Regulatory Commission for violating laws and regulations, and received the "Administrative Penalty and Market Ban Decision" from the China Securities Regulatory Commission on September 16, 2021.
