Recently, Volkswagen ID. The Buzz real car appeared in China, and the shape looked more retro. It is understood that the new car will be introduced by SAIC Volkswagen and officially launched in the fourth quarter.
In terms of styling, the front design of the ID. Buzz shows the unique temperament of the Volkswagen brand, with smooth and elegant lines, creating a mysterious sense of power. The front face is equipped with a unique LED light source design with a triangular shape, which not only enhances the visual impact, but also enriches the layering of the vehicle.
The side of the body adopts a "bun" shaped design, with a sharp waistline that runs through the body, and complements the wheel arches with a narrow design. The concealed B-pillar and C-pillar design make the glass part more like a whole and enhance the visual effect. In terms of size and wheelbase, the length, width and height are 4712mm/1985mm/1937mm, respectively, and the wheelbase is 2988mm.
The tail design is also retro, the taillights adopt a through-through structure, and the oversized LOGO shows the identity. The lower part of the trunk and the rear surround are presented in a double-layer structure, which further enhances the sense of hierarchy.
Inside, the ID. Buzz's interior features a seven-seat layout, with a color scheme that echoes the exterior, with beige and yellow as the main colors, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The three-spoke steering wheel, floating LCD screen and stepped center console design all show the designer's ingenuity.
The rear seats have a variety of combinations, which can be placed conventionally or rotated 180 degrees, and with the mobile table in the middle, the entire rear row can be transformed into a living room in seconds, meeting the diverse needs of family travel and business reception.
In terms of power, the ID. Buzz is equipped with a rear-mounted single-motor drive with a maximum power of 150 kW and a maximum torque of 310 Nm. The WLTP has an all-electric range of 416 km.
Volkswagen ID. After the Buzz was launched in China, it mainly competed with models such as the Geely Yizhen L380, which had just been launched, while the Volkswagen ID. Buzz's positioning is relatively niche, so it is very difficult to estimate the amount of walking.
