In order to promote the high-quality and full employment of graduates and effectively build a platform for the supply and demand of graduates and enterprises, on the evening of June 28, the "job" leads to the future and the youth "spring" trip - the summer special job fair for college graduates in Quanzhou City (Confucian Temple Night Market) was hotly "opened" in the Confucian Temple Square of Quanzhou Prefecture.
A total of 103 high-quality enterprises from all over the city signed up for the job fair, providing more than 1,500 positions such as mechanical design, foreign trade business, legal specialist, accounting, media operation, and assistant general manager. On-site job seekers not only came to the meeting after receiving the news, but also came to the ancient city to visit and were attracted to stop and consult, and the diversified job options provided more convenience for them to find a job.
The city attaches great importance to the employment of college graduates, and since the beginning of this year, the city has held 211 job fairs for college graduates. Holding a recruitment night market is an important measure for the city to explore a new model of youth employment services, avoiding the high temperature and heat of the day, "moving" the traditional job fair to the ancient city of Quanzhou, integrating into the nightlife scene that young people like to see, building a relaxed and open job search and communication platform for job seekers and enterprises, and "gathering popularity" for employment services with the city's "fireworks".
In addition to holding special recruitment activities, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, together with the Municipal Education Bureau and other departments, issued the "Twelve Measures to Promote the Employment and Entrepreneurship of College Graduates in Quanzhou", focusing on four aspects: job expansion, employability improvement, innovation and entrepreneurship support, and employment service guarantee.
