The "Elderly Service Box" helps elderly passengers solve the difficulties of travel, the "Caring Mother and Child Bag" provides more convenience for mothers and infants, and the "Convenient Service Box" is for passengers to meet their needs. Prepare "PHS" service cards for transfer passengers, and draw subway and bus transfer route maps; Set up a "Children's Fun World" to add fun and safety to children.

Optimize and refine service measures, establish a warm service linkage mechanism, and provide love relay and extended services for key passengers such as the elderly, the young, the sick, the disabled, and the pregnant. Strengthen the service skills training of flight attendants, grasp the information of tourist attractions and transfer routes along the way, and provide travel route planning services to make passengers' travel experience better.

Hohhot Station has done a good job in the investigation and rectification of passenger equipment and facilities in advance, focusing on the comprehensive investigation and maintenance of travel uniforms, elevators, security detectors, toilets, washrooms, etc., to ensure the normal use of various equipment and facilities, and to create a comfortable waiting environment for passengers.
According to the pre-sale of tickets and the operation of passenger flow, the security personnel are organized to adopt a combination of "guidance + control" to shorten the waiting time of passengers in line and improve the efficiency of passenger inspection.
Additional personnel will be deployed in ticket halls, entrances, escalators and other areas to provide caring services for key passengers and help them travel safely. A "tourist information desk" has been set up at the exit of Hohhot East Railway Station to help passengers plan their travel itinerary.

Carry out special renovation of air conditioning, thoroughly clean and maintain the air conditioning condenser, evaporator, ventilation device and drainage device, etc., to ensure that the air conditioning system of each bullet train runs well and send a cool "summer" to passengers.
Strengthen the quality improvement of service facilities on the upper part of the vehicle, and conduct special inspections on seats, electric tea stoves, toilets and other facilities frequently used by passengers to ensure that they are in good condition and function, and make every effort to create a comfortable riding environment.

Combined with the seasonal characteristics of summer train transportation, the Hohhot Locomotive Depot has strengthened the inspection and refurbishment of key components such as locomotive headlights, wipers, running parts, roof high-voltage equipment, and direct power supply devices to ensure that all equipment functions are complete and the locomotive is of good quality.
During the operation, the locomotive crew is required to strictly implement standardized operations, pay close attention to the display status of each instrument of the locomotive, strengthen the smooth operation of the lookout during the operation, and make every effort to improve the quality of train operation and deliver passengers to their destinations safely.
