These characters represent 12 months, 30 days (lunar calendar), and numbers 1234567890 respectively. When people go to fill out money orders, the clerk will write the date and the amount of money in these words as a code. Others simply don't know what the word means to be counterfeited.
It is often said that there are no more than three generations of wealth. However, in the history of the Jin Dynasty, many wealthy people have been doing business from generation to generation, and they are still prosperous after hundreds of years. Take Qiao Zhiyong as an example, many of his descendants have developed overseas, and the results have been outstanding. Why, it is because after they have developed, they still do not forget to diligently attach importance to education and study hard. Just like in the ancient city of Pingyao, most wealthy families set up private schools, and specially hired knowledgeable people to train their descendants.
In fact, most businessmen are not just people who are interested in profit, they tend to pay more attention to integrity. In Pingyao City, those wealthy businessmen are in their private houses, and they are always alert to their own tips, such as "cautious independence", "Liben", and "frankness" carved on the wall at any time. For them, in the face of a huge economic base, how to carry forward and develop like a source of water is the top priority.
Postscript: When I walked into Pingyao, I found that the Pingyao in front of me was more Pingyao than the legendary Pingyao. A short day of dizzying is a day of dragonflies. The beautiful and majestic ancient city of Pingyao can not be read in one day. It's not my original intention, nor is it my purpose. If I have time, no, I want to take time out of my life to soak up the local people, and slowly enjoy the great Pingyao that has been waiting for me for more than six centuries.
