Wang Ouyang, a doctor and lecturer of human resource development from East China Normal University, was invited to be the training lecturer of this event. He brought a professional and wonderful sharing of AI modified resumes to the participants from four aspects: basic introduction to artificial intelligence, basic entry point for career development, practical formula sharing, and resume case analysis.
Mr. Wang Ouyang revised 3~5 resumes through on-site practice, and guided everyone to discuss and modify resumes in groups.
Open communication and harmonious atmosphere
The event attracted the active participation of more than 20 community residents, job seekers, and friends who are passionate about artificial intelligence. They listened attentively to the explanation, carefully recorded the main points, and had a warm and in-depth exchange with the instructor, and the whole scene was filled with a strong learning atmosphere.
At the end of the course, some students had in-depth discussions and exchanges with the teachers with the confusion and expectations on the way to finding a job. With great patience and solid professional knowledge, the teacher meticulously solved the doubts of each student and provided targeted feedback and guidance.

Xiao Wang: In this lecture, we discussed the application of artificial intelligence in resume revision in depth, and shared a series of efficient experiences and skills. This not only deepened my understanding of the resume optimization process, but also gave me a more comprehensive understanding of how to use AI technology to improve the success rate of job hunting. At the same time, I am also aware of the challenges that may be encountered on the road to job hunting, as well as the key points that need to be paid attention to during the resume building process.
Xiao Zhang: This course has benefited me a lot, it has not only improved my resume editing skills, but also stimulated my imagination of the application of artificial intelligence in my career development.
