Judging from the exposed information, the new Magotan will provide 5 configuration options, namely 1.5T premium version, 1.5T premium version, 2.0T premium version, 2.0T premium version and 2.0T extreme version, of which 2.0T models are all high-power versions, and low-power versions will not be available this time.
In terms of equipment, the entry-level model will be offered with 17-inch wheels, LED headlights, a 10.25-inch instrument cluster, PVC seats, electric adjustment of the front seats, a multi-function steering wheel, front side airbags, front head curtains, front and rear parking radar, reversing camera, keyless entry, heated exterior mirrors, dual-zone air conditioning, a 12.9-inch center display, a 7-speaker audio, online navigation, etc.
The 1.5T Premium Edition further adds a panoramic sunroof, front illuminated logo, grille atmosphere light, wood grain/metal interior, interior atmosphere light, seat lumbar support, co-pilot boss key, leather steering wheel, L2 level auxiliary driving, driving recorder, wireless charging, door opening warning and other functions.
The 2.0T premium version is the same as the 1.5T premium version in terms of configuration, but the 2.0T engine is upgraded, of which the 1.5T engine has a maximum power of 118kW and a peak torque of 250N·m; The 2.0-liter engine has a maximum output of 162 kW and a maximum torque of 350 Nm.
The 2.0T Premium Edition gets upgraded with 18-inch wheels, matrix headlights, dynamic turn signals, front seat ventilation, sill technology trim, rear side airbags, front center airbags, automatic parking, remote parking, tire pressure display, head-up display, three-zone automatic air conditioning, power tailgate, 15-inch center display, 11.6-inch co-pilot entertainment screen, and rear active braking.
The top-of-the-line 2.0T Extreme adds 19-inch wheels, front seat massage, rear seat electric adjustment, induction tailgate, panoramic image, exterior mirror reverse automatic flip, Harman Kardon audio and stronger driver assistance functions.
Through the configuration, we can see that the new Magotan is quite rich in standard equipment, and there is no problem in meeting the needs of daily driving, but unfortunately the co-pilot entertainment screen will not be provided until the two high-end models, and DJI Intelligent Driving is exclusive to the top model.
In terms of size, the length, width and height of the new Magotan are 4990/1854/1487mm, the wheelbase is 2871mm, and the body is 124mm longer than the model on sale, but the wheelbase has not changed, and the performance in terms of space should not be particularly different from the current model.
After the cancellation of the 2.0T low-power engine, the 1.5T model and the 2.0T low-profile model should become the main model of the new Magotan, as a reference, the official guide price range of the current Magotan is 186,900 yuan-253,900 yuan, and the price should still be in this range after the replacement, waiting for the official announcement of the answer on July 9.
