Ms. Quan, the first lucky person in Bazhou, has already experienced first-hand the convenience brought by this change. According to the 8 new measures for the reform of public security traffic management for the convenience of the people and enterprises launched by the Ministry of Public Security, from July 1, 2024, if the small car driver's license is cancelled due to the overdue three-year non-renewal of the license, and the applicant reapplies for the original quasi-driving driver's license, the original need to take all subjects will be adjusted to only take subject 1 (road traffic safety laws, regulations and related knowledge test) and subject 3 (road driving skills test), and there is no need to take subject 2 (field driving skills test) and subject 3 safety and civilization common sense test.
This reform highlights the pertinence and effectiveness of re-applying for the test, facilitates the re-qualification of relevant applicants, and reduces the time and economic cost of the test.
In the next step, the Bazhou traffic management department will continue to further promote the reform of optimizing the test subjects for re-application for driver's licenses, further reduce the cost of the driver's test, and better improve the satisfaction and happiness of the masses.
