A few days ago, Maserati released a set of official images of the special edition of the GranCabrio electric roadster to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Tignanello (a red wine of the Antonine Maison). The special edition model was designed exclusively for the Anthony Family and will be auctioned off on July 14 at the Arts for All Gala, one of the nation's top arts charity events.
From the outside, the custom-built model is inspired by vineyards. Paying homage to the Florentine winemaking family through colours, tones, innovative materials and delicate handcrafted details, the GranCabrio Folgore Tignanello exterior features a bespoke body colour called "Terra di Tignanello". It is a specially toned maroon inspired by the soil of the vineyard, complemented by a burgundy red hue reminiscent of the red in the centre of the oak barrel endemic to Tinna.
Its rich metallic luster is inspired by the atmosphere of the winery and the winery. The upholstery is black, the wheels and calipers are matte and gloss black, and the badge is bronze. The Maserati logo on the body is in bright copper.
Inside, the overall design of the new car seats is inspired by the vines that line the rocks on the hill of Château Tinna. The leather is upholstered in a ribbed weave in silver and burgundy Vegea, a leather-like material made from a by-product of vineyards and used for the first time in a Maserati interior.
Dark rhizobera wood with laser carvings decorates the interior panels, echoing the imprints on the oak barrels, highlighting the origins of the birth of Tina. The elegant embroidery on the headrest combines Maserati's Trident logo with the iconic sun on the Tina bottle label. The same logo is also on the central aisle and is inscribed "1971-2021", representing the 50 years since the launch of the first vintage.

In terms of powertrain, the new car will be equipped with a three-motor system with a regular maximum output of 560 kW (762 hp) and up to 610 kW (830 hp) in "MaxBoost" mode. In addition, the new car uses an 800V architecture with a capacity of 92.5 kWh T-shaped lithium-ion battery packs arranged between the rear passengers and in the area behind them, allowing the car to maintain elegant and classic proportions, providing a maximum range of 451 km.
