Washed by the heavy rain for several days, at 3 p.m. on July 1, the road inspectors of the Tongcheng County Transportation Bureau during the flood season found that a large-scale landslide occurred on the right side of the mountain at the G353K1029 of the national highway +100M, pouring a large amount of sediment and gravel, and trees dumping the road surface, forming a landslide of up to 2,400 cubic meters, resulting in the interruption of the road, the obstruction of traffic, and the safety of passing vehicles and pedestrians facing serious hidden dangers.
After discovering the danger, the emergency personnel of the Tongcheng County Transportation Bureau set up safety cones, signs, and cordons to implement traffic control and report the danger as soon as possible. The main person in charge of the county transportation bureau and the county highway development center quickly rushed to the scene to check the disaster, and at the same time coordinated the county emergency, natural resources, public security traffic police department, traffic management center, blue sky rescue, electric power and other departments to quickly assemble and rush to the scene to support. And use drones to survey the slope to confirm that there is no risk of secondary collapse for the time being.
After on-site investigation and careful research and judgment, the heads of relevant departments and professionals immediately mobilized emergency machinery and personnel to carry out the removal and transportation of the landslide body.
At the rescue site, the personnel of various departments have a clear division of labor and cooperate closely. The roar of machinery continued, and the staff sweated like rain. After 3 hours of intense rescue, at 6:15 p.m. that day, the landslide body was partially cleared, and the interrupted road section was rushed through.
In the afternoon of the same day, the provincial highway S259 copper antenna 65Km ten 100M, S259 copper antenna 66Km ten 270m, S259 copper antenna 47Km ten 800M, National Highway G353 Ningfu Line 1049 + 500M, Provincial Highway S362 Jinbao Line 75KM+500M, landslides occurred in many places.
It is reported that the slope of the collapse point is mostly a soil and stone structure, with more weathered stones and loose geological structure, coupled with the recent short-term heavy rain, strong thunderstorms, thunderstorms and strong winds and other strong convective weather, resulting in a large amount of landslides.
As of 18:00 on July 1, more than 1,700 cubic meters of rocks and mudslides have been cleared, and the interrupted road section has been rushed through. In this rescue operation, Tongcheng County Highway Maintenance Center sent a total of 7 excavators, 5 forklifts, 12 muck trucks, and 30 dump trucks to carry out rescue operations, restoring traffic at the fastest speed without causing casualties.
