1. First, enter the entrance (https://cnnursys.cn/home/index) of the nurse electronic registration system to register an account and activate it.
Log in to the nurse's electronic registration portal with the account after registration and activation.
2. Fill in the personally identifiable information correctly. Note: The name is based on the name on the ID card!
3. Fill in the contact information correctly, and fill in the user name and login password as required.
4. After the information is confirmed, the following screen will pop up, please take a photo or screenshot to keep the account information! Don't forget!
5. Click "Next" to enter the nurse information verification step.
Caution:
If the nurse information verification is not passed, it may be:
1. The personal information is incorrect.
2. The local health bureau has not imported the test data, and the registration channel has not been opened.
Solution(s):
1. Confirm whether the information is incorrect.
2. Wait for the local health commission to import the data, and you can call for the specific time.
6. After passing the verification, verify the mobile phone number.
7. To activate the account, you need to fill in the admission ticket number or examination certificate code for the nurse licensing examination for the first registration.
8. The first registration will show that no registration information has been queried, click on the left business application.
9. Click "Click to enter" in the bottom right corner of "First Registration".
10. Fill in the job information of the registered unit correctly.
Caution:
If you do not work at a medical workplace, you cannot register because the "Workplace Name" module needs to be queried and checked, and it is a required field.
If you can't find the name of your organization, you need to ask for the name used by your organization when you register your organization (the registered name and common name may be different).
Partners who choose to register and attach to clinics or other medical units can also check whether the unit they choose is reliable or not. As shown below:
11. Once you have filled in the information correctly, click "Submit to Save".
12. After submission, you can see your application, and you can also modify the content of your submission or cancel the business application in the business inquiry column.
Special Instructions
You don't need an activation code for the first registration, and after submitting the information online, you can follow the review of the institution and the review of the Health Commission. Some units may also need to collect some paper materials, which can be submitted according to the requirements of the unit. After the registration is passed, the practice registration status will be displayed: Registered, and the first electronic registration will be completed.
Reminder
The first electronic registration needs to be completed within 3 years after passing the nurse licensing examination, and the opening time of the registration channel in each region is not uniform, so candidates should be subject to the notice of the local health commission of registration.
