This time, the Fok Ying Tung Foundation of Macau funded 10 million yuan for the research fund of Peking University People's Hospital.

The aim of this study aims to systematically carry out the first large-scale PTSD diagnosis and treatment study in China through the National Trauma Medical Center of Peking University People's Hospital to gain an in-depth understanding of the etiology, development mechanism and effective intervention and treatment methods of PTSD through basic clinical research, database building, and multidisciplinary research methods, so as to provide help for improving the quality of life of trauma patients and improving the level of diagnosis and treatment.

In the future, the Fok Ying Tung Foundation will join hands with the research team led by Professor Wang Tianbing from Peking University People's Hospital to establish this project in Beijing, strengthen international cooperation, and join hands with world-renowned psychologists, doctors and social workers to participate.
