At the time of the golden period of project construction, according to the construction plan, there are only more than 60 beams left in the direction of large mileage, after the erection of the beam machine will turn around and erect the box girder in the direction of small mileage, and the steel cap beam erection across the business line is the key card control point in the channel of the beam erection in the direction of small mileage, which is the project with the highest safety risk and the greatest construction difficulty in all the construction of the entire bid section of the Lanzhang project.

The Liangzhou No. 2 extra-large bridge crosses the business line and the Ganwu Railway at 29°, with a large span of the cap beam, heavy weight and high difficulty coefficient of hoisting. In order to improve the construction efficiency, the project changed the cast-in-place rotating beam to a portal pier steel cap beam + simply supported beam, so as to realize the synchronous construction of the substructure and the steel cap beam, and save costs while shortening the construction period. In order to ensure that the erection was completed within the 110-minute skylight period on the day of erection, the project was carefully prepared, a special construction plan was formulated, a steel cap beam hoisting working group was established, construction seminars were held many times, and personnel and equipment test hoisting drills were carried out in advance. In the end, the smooth pouring of the portal pier across the Ganwu Railway was successfully completed during the 110-minute construction skylight period, and the key control points in the first erection direction beam channel were successfully opened.

The construction of continuous beams across the north high-speed is the key control project of the entire bid section of the Lanzhang project, and it is the single project with the most complex procedures, the largest span and the largest volume among the ten continuous beams in the bid section, and it is also the "roadblock" on the girder passage of the bid section.

The original design of the continuous beam across the North Expressway was 64m, and the property rights unit of the Beixian Expressway refused to enter the project for construction on the grounds that it did not meet the widening requirements and the existence of safety risks, and requested that the span be adjusted to 80m, after the project for up to 10 months in the Provincial Department of Transportation, the design institute, the property rights unit, the owner unit and other institutions of back and forth, after continuous optimization of the construction plan, refinement of the construction process, and the organization of expert demonstration, the 64m continuous beam was finally successfully changed to an 80m continuous beam. After the completion of the design change, the organization of construction has become the focus of the project, due to the dense traffic flow of the Beixian Expressway, in order to ensure the safety of highway driving, the project adopts the hanging basket cantilever cast-in-place construction, and the closing sequence is the first middle span and then the side span, and the attached hanging basket is independently developed to replace the original rigid scaffolding protection, and at the same time, there is no interference with the traffic under the bridge, the construction of the closing dragon is completed safely, accurately and efficiently, and has been awarded the national utility model patent.

In the more than four years since the project entered the site, many nodes have led the whole line, won more than 50 internal and external honors, won 38 letters of commendation at all levels, and were rated as "Advanced Construction Project Department" and "Excellent Project of Railway Construction Safety" by the owner.

In the past, the traditional beam-making method was adopted, the dust was diffuse, the noise was huge, and the labor multi-work efficiency was low. Nowadays, the intelligent beam field of the project construction is green and clean and tidy, and it also implements a new model of Internet of Things + box girder intelligent construction through the automatic modeling technology of BIM technology, with high modeling efficiency, automatic output of the blanking table, and strong traceability, which can not only be connected with the steel processing machine interface to achieve automatic processing, but also automatically complete the production of all types of steel bars on the operating platform, and at the same time realize the intelligent process of steel bar production, transportation, loading and unloading, etc., the construction data will be connected to the railway construction management platform in real time. Remote monitoring of prestressed steel bar tension reduces 1/3 of labor input, and improves the efficiency of steel bar processing by 2 times.

In order to strengthen the guidance, control and early warning in the construction of subgrade rolling, the project cooperated with Central South University to carry out in-depth research and development of school-enterprise co-construction projects, explore the intelligent compaction construction technology of subgrade, and upload construction data to the cloud server in real time through Beidou + GPS positioning system and vibration sensors and other equipment, so as to ensure reliable quality control, improve management efficiency, and effectively shorten the construction period by 15%.

Since the start of the project, a total of 2 SCI/EI papers have been published. 10 national core journal papers; 3 invention patents and 9 utility model patents have been declared; Won 1 "Third Prize" of the Central and Western BIM League, 3 construction methods of the group and 1 excellent patent of the group; Jointly carried out 2 research projects with universities.
