At the event, Zhang Yucheng, deputy director of the Handan Municipal Health Commission, and Zhang Xijun, Secretary of the Party Committee of PetroChina Handan Branch, jointly unveiled the blood donation love station. More than 100 people from the Handan Municipal Health Commission, the Central Blood Station, PetroChina Handan Branch and volunteers participated in the event.
According to the agreement between the two parties, from June 14, 2024, World Blood Donor Day 2024, unpaid blood donors in Handan can enjoy an exclusive policy of 0.5 yuan per liter discount for gasoline consumption at PetroChina gas stations in Handan area by registering for the refueling mini-program with their blood donation certificate and ID card, and the first phase of the discount is from June 14, 2024 to June 14, 2025.

After the launching ceremony, PetroChina employees and unpaid blood donation volunteers participated in the unpaid blood donation activities on site. It is understood that more than 30 unpaid blood donation points and 70 gas stations in our city are clearly marked with "blood refueling, helping love, free blood donation, free blood" and preferential policy reminder cards to ensure that blood donors get real convenience and create a good social atmosphere for free blood donation.
