The Secretariat of the Yangtze River Delta G60 Laser Alliance was informed that the Qichacha APP showed that recently, Sichuan Tongwei Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Industry Innovation Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, and its business scope includes the sales of photovoltaic equipment and components; sales of non-metallic minerals and products; research and development of special electronic materials; sales of special electronic materials, etc. The company is jointly held by Tongwei Co., Ltd. (600438), Deere Laser (300776), Cybrid Technology (603212), and Pioneer Intelligence (300450).
According to the Secretariat of the Yangtze River Delta G60 Laser Alliance, Tongwei Global Innovation R&D Center will become an integrated R&D workshop with the largest workshop area, the highest pilot production capacity and the strongest upgradeability in the industry, and will be equipped with a complete and advanced material testing center and product reliability testing center. In terms of project construction, the R&D center has not only built an integrated workshop for heterojunction copper interconnection and perovskite cells, but also includes the largest R&D entities in the industry, the highest production capacity and the strongest upgradeability in multiple industries, such as TBC R&D line and module R&D line, as well as a photovoltaic testing center with the largest single area, the most complete test items and the highest degree of intelligence in the industry.
According to the Yangtze River Delta G60 Laser Alliance Secretariat, in accordance with the requirements of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Sichuan Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Industry Innovation Center will focus on technical research and product research and development, and build 5 key common technology research and development platforms and 1 industrial innovation comprehensive service support platform in Chengdu and Leshan.
By 2026, the Sichuan Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Industry Innovation Center will be built and officially put into operation, more than 10 key core technologies such as high-purity crystalline silicon preparation, high efficiency and energy saving, etc., will realize the localization of core equipment such as crystalline silicon reduction and cell manufacturing, obtain more than 50 independent intellectual property rights, transform more than 15 independent innovation achievements, cooperate with no less than 50 units, establish a "photovoltaic +" standard system and provide public technical services for the industry, and build an innovation network for production, education, research and application in the crystalline silicon photovoltaic industry.
By 2028, it will overcome more than 20 key core technologies such as semiconductor-grade polysilicon manufacturing and high-efficiency perovskite-crystalline silicon tandem solar cells, develop electronic-grade polysilicon, high-efficiency perovskite solar cells and other products, obtain more than 100 independent intellectual property rights, transform more than 25 independent innovation achievements, and cooperate with no less than 100 units to provide important support for the establishment of a stable production and manufacturing system for the whole crystalline silicon photovoltaic industry chain.
