According to reports, the PLUS comprehensive score is a comprehensive evaluation information made by JD through big data algorithms based on the user's account information, shopping history, after-sales behavior, shopping compliance, credit value and other behaviors in JD Mall and JD Finance in the past 12 months.
The comprehensive score is mainly used for PLUS opening qualification verification, and the fluctuation of the score does not affect the participation in JD Mall activities.
JD.com said that in order to ensure that PLUS members can enjoy an excellent service experience, JD PLUS members are only open to individual users who have real-named, have a comprehensive score of more than 90 points and have not reached the upper limit of renewal.
Users must meet the following conditions at the same time:
1. Real-name authentication;
2. PLUS comprehensive score≥ 90 points;
3. The renewal fee does not reach the upper limit; 4. Personal account (if the account has been registered as a corporate account, it cannot be opened)
In addition, JD.com also issued an announcement, saying that it plans to take down the medal hall channel in the near future and migrate the exchange channel to a new entrance.
