1. Preparation of control schedules
According to the requirements of the construction contract and bidding plan, construction organization design, project implementation plan and other documents, the project department refines the control schedule, prepares the general construction schedule, the main node control plan, and the monthly schedule, and reports it to the enterprise, the construction party, and the supervision unit for approval.

The project department shall carry out information management and image management of the on-site project progress, fill in and update the construction progress information in a timely manner in the integrated project management system, and post and maintain the schedule in an appropriate conspicuous position in the on-site office.
The on-site engineer should strictly supervise the implementation of the schedule by each operation team, and effectively use rewards and punishments to promote the management of subcontracting schedule.
