Wu Zhengfu, male, born in March 1950 in Linshan Village, Kengdi Township, Shouning County, member of the Communist Party of China, member of the Democratic League, member of the Fifth, Sixth and Seventh CPPCC of Shouning County, Fujian Province, deputy chief of traditional Chinese medicine physician, member of the Ningde Medical Expert Group, director of the Department of Infectious Diseases of Shouning County Hospital. After 42 years of medical practice, although he has retired, he still exerts his spare energy, and was rehired to return to the hospital to sit in the expert outpatient clinic and serve as the honorary president of Shouning County Hexie Hospital. In the ancient village of Linshan, the surname Wu is the highest generation, and he himself is personally concerned about the construction of all aspects of his hometown, the development of students and villagers, etc., in the village and countryside, the younger generations of students and townsmen all respect him as "Zhengfu Gong" and "Fu Gong".
Wu Zhengfu, a lifelong love of the motherland, love the Communist Party of China, obey the organization of distribution, in 1989 joined the Chinese Democratic League, in 1992 and honorably joined the Communist Party of China, since 1999 has been elected as a member of the Shouning County CPPCC for three consecutive terms, in the three CPPCC members, has been to Wuqu, Xietan, Nanyang, Pingxi, Da'an, Qinyang, Xiadang and other towns and enterprises to participate in free clinic activities and work research, not only to send their own medical technology to every mountain village in Shouning Mountain, At the same time, the difficult and hot issues that the masses are most concerned about were written into proposals in a timely manner, so that the leaders of the county party committee and county government could serve as an important reference basis. He has written more than 20 proposals, such as "Several Suggestions on Strengthening the Management of County-level Hospitals", "Several Suggestions on Strengthening and Improving Rural Cooperative Medical Care", "On Accelerating the Housing Security of Low-income Families", etc., and most of the proposals have been adopted and implemented by the county party committee, county government and relevant departments.
Since 1969, he began to practice medicine, graduated from Quanzhou Health School in Fujian Province in 1976, majored in traditional Chinese medicine, and was assigned to the former Ningde Agricultural Machinery Factory in August of the same year, and was successively transferred to Mindong Electric Machinery Factory, Mindong Metallurgical Group Company and other units to engage in clinical medical and health work, and was transferred back to Shouning County Hospital in 1997 so far, and the clinician was gradually promoted to the title of deputy chief physician of traditional Chinese medicine. While working, he actively participates in the study of various systems medicine theories. After more than 40 years of combining theory and clinical practice, while studying with an open mind, he is also good at summarizing clinical experience, and has written nearly 20 papers, published more than 10 papers in national and provincial journals, and has been hired as a special editorial board member by the Journal of Practical Chinese Medicine, Economic Forum and other magazines, and his personal achievements have been included in books such as "The Dictionary of Famous Doctors of the Republic" and "21st Century Talent Pool". He has been rated as an outstanding cadre of the unit for many times, and has become a discipline leader in the diagnosis and treatment of liver diseases in our county, and was rated as an advanced individual in the health system of Fujian Province in 2002.
