After receiving the rescue call, the on-site staff immediately set up each emergency rescue team in accordance with the division of responsibilities in the emergency response plan, organized the evacuation of workshop employees to a safe area, set up a cordon in the area around the accident, and organized emergency drills such as personnel rescue, fire extinguishing, and pipeline repair.
