Qian Yun pointed out that in recent years, the Provincial Women's Federation has adhered to the party's political construction as the guide, focused on continuously deepening the construction of model institutions and creating "four strong" party branches, actively promoted the deep integration of party building work and business work, and achieved solid results with high-quality party building to lead high-quality development.
Qian Yun emphasized that it is necessary to strengthen the education of party spirit, build a solid foundation of faith, work hard to temper the political character of absolute loyalty to the party, focus on key tasks, deepen theoretical study, and promote the study and education of party discipline to be deeper and more practical. It is necessary to consciously benchmark against the table, work hard to improve the ability to lead, serve, and connect women and children, strengthen the ability to promote the high-quality development of women's causes, enhance the ability to serve the broad masses of women, and enhance the ability to prevent and resolve risks in the field of women. It is necessary to consolidate the organizational foundation, work hard to build a model organ, seriously organize life, strengthen the management of party members, strengthen the sense of responsibility, and do a solid job in inspection and rectification. It is necessary to carry forward a clean and healthy atmosphere, work hard to consciously abide by party rules and party discipline, and be a "person who understands" discipline, an "insider" who knows discipline, a "leader" who knows discipline, and a "decent person" who abides by discipline, so that the party can be trusted, reliable, and rest assured.
Qian Yun demanded that all cadres of the Women's Federation should have stronger political consciousness, better work style, and more practical work measures to earnestly perform their duties of leading, serving, and connecting women, and contribute half the sky to the struggle to write a chapter of Chinese-style modernization in Jiangxi.
