The support content of the "Measures" includes strengthening the promotion of safety emergency equipment, supporting the application demonstration of safety emergency products, encouraging the landing of safety emergency enterprises, giving full play to the role of the exhibition forum in driving radiation, strengthening financial support, improving the level of industrial digital integration, strengthening standard guidance, introducing safety emergency industry talents, and encouraging the introduction of safety emergency industry projects, which will be implemented from August 1, 2024 and will be valid until July 31, 2027.
Nanhai will encourage and support enterprises to promote safety and emergency products. According to the "Measures", if the annual operating income of an enterprise that meets the conditions of the support object exceeds 100 million yuan, 300 million yuan and 500 million yuan for the first time, a one-time reward of 500,000 yuan, 1 million yuan and 2 million yuan will be given respectively.
At the same time, it supports the application demonstration of safety emergency products. For newly included provincial safety emergency equipment demonstration projects or products, a one-time reward of 300,000 yuan will be given; A one-time reward of 1 million yuan will be given to the projects or products newly included in the national "Pilot Demonstration Project for the Application of Safety Emergency Equipment".
Encourage the implementation of safety emergency response enterprises
If a newly built enterprise is built within the scope of the Nanhai District, and the actual investment in fixed assets is not less than 5 million yuan, it will be given corresponding landing support rewards after approval and approval. Among them, if the actual investment in fixed assets of the project exceeds 50 million yuan, 8% of the actual investment in fixed assets will be rewarded afterwards. This award can be awarded to a single project with a maximum support fund of 8 million yuan.
For enterprises leasing factories in the Nanhai District, according to the actual construction area of the rented plants, the enterprises will be given a rent subsidy for the first three years from the beginning of the lease period (including the rent-free period) agreed in the lease contract, and the subsidy will be 12 yuan/square meter/month, 10 yuan/square meter/month, and 8 yuan/square meter/month.
