On June 27, Zhong Youguo, deputy director of the Guangdong Provincial Emergency Management Department, investigated the construction project of the National Southeast Regional Emergency Rescue Center. Zhong Youguo and his entourage went deep into the project site, inspected the construction progress and quality improvement of the project on the spot, and learned in detail about the installation and commissioning of facilities and equipment in places such as the typhoon comprehensive simulation training hall and the water training area. Zhong Youguo said that the project team should further enhance the sense of responsibility and mission, adhere to the goal of "leading in China and first-class in the world", fight the key battle of the end of the project, and strengthen management to ensure the quality and safety of the project and ensure the high-quality delivery of the project. Wuxi Chong'an Temple Pedestrian Street Renovation Project
On June 28, Jiangsu Company's "Key Technologies and Applications for Digital Transformation and Function Improvement of Historic Blocks" reached the overall international advanced level after appraisal, among which the "Application of Bearing-Energy Dissipation Dual-function Modular Steel Plate Shear Wall and Lightweight Folding Modular Curtain Wall Unit Technology in Digital Construction and Function Improvement of Historic Districts" reached the international leading level. Based on the 3D scanning technology of air-ground fusion, the key technologies of digital survey of historic districts, such as reverse multi-attribute information 3D modeling and building-structure two-way interaction model, are developed, which solve the problems of low survey and modeling efficiency and poor accuracy caused by the lack of original data in the reconstruction project of historic districts. The research and development of load-dissipation dual-function modular steel plate shear wall improves the seismic performance of existing buildings and reduces the workload of structural reinforcement in the process of block renovation. The invention of the lightweight folding modular curtain wall unit reduces the damage and workload to the original structure in the process of renewal construction, and ensures the architectural effect. The results have been successfully applied to the renovation project of Wuxi Chong'an Temple Pedestrian Street, the special decoration project of Shanghai Telephone Equipment Factory, and the comprehensive protection of the old site of Hangzhou Iron and Steel Industry of the Grand Canal. On June 28, the 2024 Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Science and Technology Month Observation Activity in Quanzhou was held in the Donghai Investment Building Project undertaken by Fujian Company. Quanzhou City and its 13 counties (cities, districts) Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Quality and Safety Station, Quanzhou Urban Construction Group, Quanzhou Cultural Tourism Group, Donghai Investment Building project representatives and others participated in the event. The participants visited the three theme exhibition areas of the project: "New Quality Productivity", "Green Construction Model" and "Prefabricated Tension Beam Steel Support Technology". On June 28, the complete set of renovation projects of old housing No. 501-505 and 506-510 in Caoxi Three Villages, undertaken by Shanghai Company, started. The project is a major project in Xuhui District, Shanghai in 2024, with a total construction area of about 8,232.6 square meters, consisting of one 8-storey residential building and supporting buildings. The Daye Lake Cultural Complex Project has fully entered the construction stage of the main structure above ground
On June 30, the Daye Lake Cultural Complex Project fully entered the construction stage of the main structure on the ground. The project is located in the Xiongjiazhou area of Daye City, with a total construction area of about 101,800 square meters, including six functional areas: library, museum, science and technology museum, cultural center, youth activity center and tourist service center. The project is one of the key construction projects of Daye City, and will become a new landmark building in Daye City after completion, which is of great significance for enhancing the city's taste and image, and enriching the cultural life of citizens. On June 24, the main structure of the outpatient building of the Shenshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital project undertaken by Guangdong Company was capped. The project is the first municipal-level traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Shanwei, with a total construction area of about 98,000 square meters, and will become a high-level traditional Chinese medicine hospital integrating medical treatment, prevention, health care, teaching and scientific research after completion. On June 30, the digital incubation center of the Meishan Global Cold Chain Food Industrial Park project undertaken by Sichuan Company was opened. After the completion of the project as a whole, it will become a first-class fruit trading park in the west.
