On July 1, the opening ceremony of the 2024 digital work conference and the second digital literacy and skill improvement training course of the group company was held at the company's headquarters. The meeting emphasized that the current construction industry is facing huge market competition pressure, and it is necessary to adhere to the overall idea and landing path of the digital construction of the group company, and promote the construction of a digital system covering the whole process of enterprise operation around the needs of the three types of users: "decision-makers, managers, and users". It is necessary to do a good job in the positioning of responsibilities and boundary division of informatization work at all levels, so as to keep pace and promote the implementation of various digital construction work in an orderly manner. It is necessary to take the "Research on Digital Transformation Strategy and Action Plan of China Railway Construction" as a guide, identify the entry point and breakthrough point of the digital construction of the unit, and make every effort to do a good job in pilot application and promotion support.
The meeting required that all units should work together to strengthen their confidence and determination to promote high-quality development through digital transformation. The first is to improve the digital system, conscientiously implement the relevant requirements of the "Information System Construction Management Measures" of the group company, gradually optimize and improve the information management system system, and achieve steady improvement of management efficiency and governance level. The second is to establish the awareness of digital thinking, re-examine business scenarios with digital thinking, and gradually promote the upgrading of business management models and work processes, so as to realize digital management empowerment. The third is to continue to do a good job in digital assessment, adhere to the combination of quantitative and qualitative indicators, give full play to the role of the assessment baton, and supervise the application of digital construction in all units. Fourth, accelerate the construction of digital employees, carry out extensive training and learning through various forms, improve the comprehensive ability of enterprise employees, and build a solid talent foundation for comprehensively promoting the digital construction of enterprises. Fifth, we will continue to do a good job in the normalization of network security, comprehensively improve network security awareness, strengthen bottom-line thinking, and avoid the negative impact and losses caused by network information risks to enterprises.
At the opening ceremony, Yao Guanghua, general manager of the group's digital and intelligent management department, made a keynote speech on the group's digital system, the group's digital talent training, and the construction and promotion of the application of the enterprise knowledge base. Four units, including the company, shared excellent digital cases based on their respective business scenario applications.
During the period, the group's digital and intelligent management department interpreted and publicized the informatization-related documents recently issued, and organized the leaders in charge of informatization and the heads of informatization departments of various engineering companies to exchange and discuss the standardized management of the group's informatization software and hardware assets, and strengthened the idea of informatization software and hardware asset management of "unified procurement", "unified management" and "unified use".
This training course is an important activity carefully planned and organized by the group company, and it is a powerful starting point for the construction of the group company's "thousands of digital" talent team. Through the five-day training, the business backbones at all levels of the group will understand the advantages of the digital management hall, master more digital skills and application skills, learn to use data to quantify and analyze business, promote online and offline integration, form a positive drive and business closed loop, improve business efficiency, continue to strengthen the digital literacy and skill improvement of employees, and consolidate the foundation of "digital 12 bureaus" for the construction of "full digitalization".
