National Highway 209, as an urban expressway from Linyi County to Yuncheng City, is undergoing rapid bridge construction, and is currently in the trial opening stage. Due to the large number of passing vehicles and large traffic flow, the stalls and road occupation along the highway are easy to bring potential safety hazards to road traffic. In the process of rectification, law enforcement officers patiently publicized the relevant laws and regulations of the "Highway Law" to the stall owners, persuaded and educated the illegal stalls, and demanded that the stalls be immediately moved away from the highway and the scope of highway land to ensure the safety and smoothness of the highway.

According to the provisions of Article 46 of the Highway Law of the People's Republic of China, no unit or individual shall set up stalls, pile up articles, dump garbage, set up obstacles, dig ditches to divert water, use highway ditches to discharge pollutants, or carry out other activities that damage, pollute or affect the smooth flow of highways on highways and within the scope of highway land.
