1. On July 2, Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province issued a new policy to reduce the minimum down payment ratio for the first home from 20% to 15%. The new policy also includes measures such as removing the lower limit on the interest rate of loans for first and second homes, optimizing the subsidy process for selling old homes for new ones, and increasing provident fund support. These policies are aimed at promoting the steady and healthy development of the real estate market and supporting rigid demand and improved home purchases.
2. On July 2, the domestic regional airliner ARJ21 opened the first high-altitude route from Kashgar, Xinjiang to Tashkurgan. This route operates every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday and takes about 1 hour each way. With an altitude of 3,258.4 meters, Khunjerab Airport is the first high-plateau airport in Xinjiang. The opening of the route provides a convenient air passage between Kashgar and Ta County, and promotes the exchange of people.
3. On July 2, BYD signed a memorandum of understanding on strategic cooperation with Ayvens, a French car rental company, in Shenzhen. The two companies will cooperate to distribute BYD's electric passenger cars and light vehicles in the European market. Ayvens will provide leasing services to SMEs and individuals through BYD's dealer network. Initial services will be available in France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, with plans to expand to other European countries.
