Liu Jinjie, former creative group of the Propaganda Unit of the 56th Regiment of the 12th Division of the Railway Corps, was the art editor of the Workers' Reading Room of "Youth Science", "Liaoning Worker" Magazine and Liaoning People's Publishing House in 1980, and graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Shenyang Institute of Education.
