In order to promote the re-employment of unemployed women in the jurisdiction and enhance women's entrepreneurial ability, recently, the Moling Street Women's Federation and the Dongshan Street Women's Federation organized the 2024 Nanjing "Sister Ning Yuesao" training Jiangning special session (Moling, Dongshan class) at the Party and Mass Service Station in the East Second District of Yinxiang Community. After 5 days of theoretical and practical learning, 20 trainees participated in the qualification examination and successfully graduated.

In the training activities, the instructors taught the daily care and nursing of infants and young children, neonatal feeding, nursing, touching, maternal dietary nursing, confinement meal production theory and practice, diet preparation and other courses through a combination of theoretical learning and on-site guidance.
Qualifying Examinations
After the training, the trainees participated in the qualification examination and all the students successfully graduated. The examination includes two parts: theoretical knowledge and practical operation, and the examination is not only a professional test for maternal and infant housekeeping, but also a further consolidation of the learning results of the students, laying a solid foundation for becoming a qualified "Sister Ning Yuesao".

After the examination, the Women's Federation of Moling Street and Dongshan Street and Nanjing Weiwei Training School linked a number of high-quality housekeeping service agencies and units, and the on-site docking training trainees signed contracts and recommended them for employment. The 20 trainees present all signed a two-way employment agreement with their favorite units.
