Special reminder, when you receive a call claiming to be able to shield the untrustworthy and ask for money transfer, please be sure to verify with the court where the untrustworthy information is released, and beware of telecom fraud!
On the basis of the provisions of the "Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on the Publication of Information on the List of Judgment Defaulters", this court publicly exposes the following judgment defaulters and includes them in the national list of judgment defaulters, and punishes them in the areas of administrative approval, financing and credit, market inclusion, and travel consumption.
If there is any violation of the provisions on untrustworthiness, once it is discovered or verified by the report, this court will impose a fine or detention in accordance with the provisions of article 114 of the "Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China" for refusing to perform an effective judgment; where the circumstances are serious and constitute a crime, criminal responsibility is to be pursued in accordance with article 313 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China. It is hoped that all sectors of society and the people will assist in supervision, and if it is found that the person subject to enforcement has violated this announcement, please report it to the court immediately.

Announcements on the situation of incentives for trustworthiness and blocking (credit restoration) of judgment defaulters

In order to increase the force of positive guidance on incentives for trustworthiness, and to urge and encourage more persons subject to enforcement to consciously and proactively perform, this court periodically carries out a special action on "Incentives for Trustworthiness and Credit Restoration", and through the WeChat public account, this court decides to stop the application of credit punishments to persons subject to enforcement who have actively performed the obligations set forth in effective legal documents, whose cases have been closed, or who have reached an enforcement settlement agreement, and to block them from the Supreme People's Court's list of judgment defaulters, and to employ public measures to announce credit restoration.
