It was a winter night, at the fork of the road, an ancient neon sign lit up in the distance, as if floating in the air, thinking that there was a store sign, there was a store, it was warmer than the outdoor barbecue stand I had just searched, so I went.
I walked to find that the pattern of this shop is very unique, the path where it is located has a high slope, the shop just opened a narrow door on the slope, enter the inner hall, and after the inner hall is a section of downhill road, the fragrance is overflowing under the slope, continue to explore, is the place of barbecue and ordering.
The boss set up a tent on the side of the road, two ovens, a square table, and a dish display cabinet enclosed a small area, and the family was busy in front of the stall, only to see a stainless steel basin on the table, which was filled with prepared chili noodles, and the baked dishes were brought over, scooped up a scoop and sprinkled in, before completing the last process before serving.
