On June 26, a forest fire broke out in Huangmuyuan, Gaocheng Village, Sanhe Town, Guxian County, Linfen City. Satellite images show that the fires are mainly distributed in two areas: Houhuangmuyuan Forest Farm in Gaocheng Village, Sanhe Town, Guxian County, and Sanjiao Village Forest Farm in Anze County. Because the burning medium of the mountain fire is shrubs, the surface is covered with flammable dead leaves, the vegetation at the fire site is dense, the terrain is complex, the humus layer is thick, coupled with the continuous high temperature weather, the fire spreads rapidly, the mountain is steep, there is no rescue road directly to the fire site, and the rescuers and fire-fighting vehicles cannot enter the scene at the first time, which brings great difficulties to the rescue operation.
At 11:03 on June 26, the Linfen detachment first dispatched 5 vehicles and 25 people from the Guxian and Anze brigades to deal with it, and the detachment's full-service headquarters was dispatched, and at the same time, the detachment's reinforcements also rushed to the scene. Subsequently, the corps launched the emergency response to forest fire fighting, and Gao Lei, deputy captain and director of the fire fighting and rescue headquarters, led a total of 15 vehicles and 40 people from the corps full-service command and training and protection detachment to the scene; At the same time, Changzhi, Jincheng, and Jinzhong emergency communication support forces were dispatched to reinforce across regions. As of June 30, a total of 47 vehicles and 140 people were engaged in the fighting.
According to the development trend of the fire, the forward command of the corps comprehensively considered the key parts, village dwellings, road traffic, water distribution, etc., scientifically deployed combat forces, set up water cannon positions in eight key defense areas, and completed the tasks of humidification protection, regional interception, key defense, and water supply to the fire ground.

In terms of combat logistics support, the corps immediately mobilized the combat support forces of the two detachments of training and security and Linfen to rush to the scene, and adopted a combination of self-support and local government support to prepare and improve relevant combat logistics materials, including field food, toiletries, mobile power supplies, command tents, camping vehicles, power supply vehicles, catering vehicles, shower vehicles, toilet vehicles and other equipment, ensuring the smooth development of the mountain fire fighting battle.
In addition, the forward command immediately set up 1 temporary party committee, 5 temporary party branches, and 10 party member commandos to let the party flag fly high on the front line of rescue.
