In accordance with the spirit of the Notice on Matters Related to the Examination of the 2024 Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination (Jiao Kao Yuan Han [2023] No. 106) and the Notice of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Rules of the Sichuan Provincial Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination (Sichuan Jiao [2018] No. 12), the relevant matters related to the registration of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination (written examination) in the second half of 2024 in our province are hereby announced as follows.
Before registering, candidates should carefully read this announcement to understand the relevant requirements in detail; You need to judge whether you are qualified to apply for the examination, and those who do not have the qualifications cannot apply for the examination. Candidates should ensure the authenticity of the registration information, if they do not meet the application conditions, fraud, and registration information is wrong, so that the written test, interview, qualification and other follow-up links can not be completed, all the consequences shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
1. Schedule
(1) Online registration time
1. Online registration time: 9:00 on July 5, 2024 to 17:00 on July 8, 2024;
2. Online review time: from 9:00 on July 6, 2024 to 17:00 on July 9, 2024 (candidates who fail to pass the review can continue to submit registration information during the review period);
3. Payment deadline: 24:00 on July 10, 2024.
(2) Exam time: September 15, 2024
All subject examinations will be conducted in paper-and-pencil format, and the specific schedule is as follows:
II. Application Requirements
Those who meet the following basic conditions can register for the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination in our province:
(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
(2) Household registration or valid residence permit in Sichuan (including residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, and Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents with a five-year validity period);
(3) Abide by the Constitution and laws, love the cause of education, and have good ideological and moral character;
(4) Meet the physical examination standards for applying for teacher qualifications;
(5) Meet the academic requirements stipulated in the Teachers Law.
Students within two years before graduation from colleges and universities in Sichuan Province and students with household registration within two years before graduation from colleges and universities in other provinces in Sichuan Province can register for the written test in our province. Candidates who meet the requirements of secondary vocational schools (see Annex 1) for preschool education (early childhood education) announced by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education and the Department of Human Resources and Social Security can apply for the kindergarten section as required.
Persons who have been deprived of political rights, or who have been punished with fixed-term imprisonment or higher for intentional crimes, must not register for the examination; Those who have been revoked as teachers are not allowed to register for examinations for 5 years; Those who cheat in the teacher qualification examination and are punished by being banned from taking the examination shall not register for the teacher qualification examination for 3 years.
3. Registration process
(1) Online registration and information filling
From 9:00 on July 5, 2024 to 17:00 on July 8, 2024, candidates will log in to the website of the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination (http://ntce.neea.edu.cn) to complete the online registration. Once the candidate has completed the registration and read the exam commitment, they can proceed to the next step.
Candidates fill in their personal information accurately and truthfully according to the relevant prompts, upload a recent photo of themselves (see below for requirements), and select the test subject and test area. If you are unable to take the test due to incorrect personal information, the registration fee paid will not be refunded.
Photo requirements: bareheaded, frontal, color, white background ID photo of the candidate within the past 6 months, the photo must fully show the candidate's head and shoulders, and hats, headscarves, headbands, and sunglasses are not allowed; The photo is no larger than 200K and the format is jpg/jpeg; Because the photo will be used for the admission ticket, the examination room sign-in sheet and the examination certificate, the photo must reflect the characteristics of the person, and shall not be subjected to special processing (PS), life photos or other irregular photos, and candidates who fail to pass the examination will not be able to pass the review.
(2) Review of candidates' information
The written test registration needs to be reviewed online, and the review time is from 9:00 on July 6, 2024 to 17:00 on July 9, 2024, and will start in advance according to the registration situation of candidates. After online registration, candidates need to wait for the online review of the local education examination agency within two working days (only check whether the candidate's photo meets the requirements and whether the filled items are complete, and do not review the candidate's registration conditions and the authenticity of the information).
Candidates can log in to the online reporting system at any time to check the review status and modify their registration information during the review period; Once approved, the candidate's information cannot be changed. Candidates who fail to pass the review should modify their personal information (including photos) as required in time, and must re-select the test subjects and test area and submit them again. Those that are not submitted within the time limit will not be reviewed.
(3) Online payment
The deadline for payment is 24:00 on July 10, 2024. After passing the review, candidates can log in to the registration system (http://ntce.neea.edu.cn) on the website of the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination to make online payment.
(4) Print the admission ticket
After successful registration, candidates should log in to the registration system on the website of the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination from September 9 to September 15, 2024, download and print the admission ticket by themselves, and take the examination according to the time, place and other requirements specified on the admission ticket.
Fourth, the charging standard
According to the Sichuan Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Sichuan Provincial Department of Finance's "Notice on Re-issuing the Administrative Fees for Examination and Examination of the Provincial Education System" (Chuan Fa Gai Price [2022] No. 484), the fee standard for the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination (written examination) is 70 yuan per subject.
5. Score inquiry
The opening date for the inquiry of written test results in the second half of 2024 is expected to be November 8, and candidates are requested to log on to the registration system (http://ntce.neea.edu.cn) on the website of the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination for inquiries.
If candidates have any objections to their test results, they can submit an application for score review within 10 working days after the release of the test results, which will be summarized by the Provincial Education Examination Institute and submitted to the Education Examination Institute of the Ministry of Education for unified review. The specific application method will be announced separately.
6. Handling of violations
Primary and secondary school teacher qualification examinations belong to the "National Examination prescribed by law" in the "Amendment (IX) to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China", and candidates who violate the examination regulations or provide false supporting materials during the examination process shall be dealt with by the relevant departments in accordance with the "Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations" (Order No. 33 of the Ministry of Education) and the "Amendment (IX) to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China". Those who cheat will also be banned from participating in the teacher qualification examination for 3 years in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Teacher Qualification Regulations".
7. Precautions
(1) Candidates shall be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the personal information and registration information filled in by themselves, and training institutions or school groups are prohibited from registering on behalf of candidates. During the period of participating in the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination, candidates are requested not to change their name, ID number and other important information to avoid the situation that the written test results cannot be matched with the person.
(2) If the candidate forgets the password, he or she can re-obtain it through the prompt function of the registration system, and the new password will be sent to the mobile phone filled in by the candidate when registering by SMS. SMS is an important way to regain the password, and candidates are requested not to change their mobile phone number during the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination.
(3) A total of 25 examination areas are set up in this written examination [21 city (state) examination areas and 4 university examination areas: Sichuan Normal University examination area, Aba Normal University examination area, South Sichuan Preschool Normal College examination area, Sichuan University for Nationalities examination area], due to the limited examination space, if the number of candidates registering exceeds the upper limit of the group examination in a certain examination area, the examination area will be closed. The Chengdu test area covers the scope of "Greater Chengdu" (including Dujiangyan, Pujiang, Qionglai and other places), and the test seats will be randomly arranged. The examination area of Sichuan Normal University and Aba Normal University only accept the registration of candidates enrolled in the school, and other candidates will not be able to pass the registration review.
(4) The subjects of "mental health education", "Japanese", "Russian", "German", "French", "Spanish" and "special education" in the categories of junior high school, high school and secondary vocational culture courses offered by our province are assessed in combination with the interview.
(5) Educational examination institutions at all levels are only responsible for the organization and management of examinations, and do not hold training or designate teaching materials. Candidates can log on to the website of the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination to download the examination syllabus of each subject, and purchase books to review and prepare for the exam according to the knowledge points of the examination syllabus.
(6) The results of a single subject in the written examination are valid for two years, and candidates who have obtained the results of the written examination and the results are within the validity period only need to choose the subjects that have not passed (see Appendix 2 for the course code). After passing the written examination and interview, the Education Examination Institute of the Ministry of Education will issue a certificate of passing the teacher qualification examination, which is valid for 3 years. Candidates can download and print the PDF version of the certificate through the "Certificate Inquiry" link on the website of the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination and provide it to the certification department for use.
(7) The codes of the written examination for candidates majoring in music, physical education and aesthetics are 201A, 202A, 301A and 302A, and the content of the examination is temporarily the same as that of subjects without "A". Candidates who have passed subjects 201A, 202A, 301A and 302A will be limited to the major subjects of music, physical education and aesthetics in the corresponding academic period. However, if the candidate obtains a pass in subjects 201, 202, 301 and 302, the passing results of subjects 201A, 202A, 301A and 302A can be substituted accordingly.
