Mo Xiaosong, originally from Longxi, Gansu Province, graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Northwest Normal University in 1986 and is currently the vice president of the Beijing Fine Art Academy, the deputy director of the Art Committee, and the director of the Education Committee.
