  II. Basic Conditions

  (1) Fresh graduates in 2024 (including graduates who have not secured an employment unit within the two-year career selection period from the date of graduation stipulated by the state, excluding students who graduated early in 2025) must obtain a nationally recognized domestic and foreign academic degree certificate before July 31, 2024, and be able to go through employment procedures normally.

  (2) Bachelor's degree graduates are 25 years old and below, master's students are 28 years old and below, and doctoral students are 32 years old and below (the calculation deadline is August 31, 2024).

  (3) Support and implement the basic line, principles and policies of the Party and the state, be of good character, be impartial and responsible, strictly abide by the law and discipline, be honest and trustworthy, and have good personal character and professional ethics.
