In order to meet the needs of the development of public security work in the sub-center of the city and strengthen the construction of the auxiliary police force of the sub-center of the city, the Tongzhou Branch of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau is now openly recruiting auxiliary police officers to provide auxiliary support for the daily operation of the public security organs and various police activities. The recruitment-related matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. Recruitment positions and numbers
★ Number of recruits: 55 people, to assist the police to carry out patrol duty, public security inspection, order maintenance and other related work, the post is an outdoor shift system.
Second, the basic conditions for recruitment
★ 1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
★ 2. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, abide by discipline and law, and be of good character;
★ 3. Educational requirements: high school education or above (all need to obtain a graduation certificate);
★ 4. Age requirements: over 18 years old, under 40 years old (born between July 1983 and July 2006);
★ 5. Have the necessary work ability, physical condition and psychological quality to perform duties;
★ 6. Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply for the examination:
(1) Those who have studied, worked, or lived abroad for more than six consecutive months, and whose experience and political performance are difficult to investigate during the period outside the country (territory);
(2) Those who have received criminal punishment for a crime or are suspected of committing a crime and have not yet completed the case;
(3) Those who have received administrative detention punishments or other public security administrative punishments for gambling, drugs, prostitution, prostitution, etc.;
(4) They have been lawfully listed as targets of joint disciplinary action for untrustworthiness;
(5) Those who have been dismissed from public office or dismissed from the military;
(6) There are other circumstances in which it is stipulated that they must not be hired as auxiliary police officers.
★ The recruitment of auxiliary police officers on duty is subject to a recusal system. Except as otherwise provided, the spouses, direct blood relatives, collateral blood relationships within three generations, and close in-laws relationships of public security people's police and employees must not, in principle, be recruited to work in the same department as the people's police or employees, or in positions where they have direct management or direct interests.
III. Registration Procedures
★ (1) Registration time:

Fourth, the examination arrangement
★ (1) Written examination
The subject of the written test is a comprehensive ability test, and there is no designated institution and reference book for this examination. The registration qualification review will be conducted before the written test.
1. Time: July 12, 2024 (Friday)
2. Written test requirements: Candidates should take the test at the time and place notified by SMS. When taking the test, you must bring your ID card, the original academic certificate (the same as when you registered), a black signature pen, and a paper version of the registration form. Applicants who commit fraud will be directly disqualified from the examination and employment once discovered.
3. Determine the candidates for interview according to the order of the written test results from high to low.
★ (2) Interview
The interview adopts the form of structured interview, and the interview candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1:3, and if the ratio of 1:3 is not reached, the interview will be conducted according to the actual number of people. In the event that the applicant gives up, it will be replaced in turn. The passing score of the interview is 60 points, and after the interview, the list of personnel who will enter the follow-up test will be determined according to the ranking of the comprehensive score and the ratio of 1:1.5. The comprehensive score is calculated as 50% of the written test and 50% of the interview.
5. Determine the personnel to be hired
★ (1) Physical fitness tests, psychological tests, physical examinations, and political investigations
According to the comprehensive score, the candidates will be determined in order from high to low scores, and physical fitness tests, psychological tests, physical examinations and political inspections will be conducted. If there are those who are unqualified, they will be deferred according to the comprehensive score. The time of physical fitness test and psychological test will be notified separately, and the cost of psychological test and physical examination shall be borne by yourself.
★ (2) Post treatment
The final list of qualified personnel for various tests and political inspections will be determined according to the comprehensive results and the planned number of recruits, and the personnel to be recruited will be publicized on the website of "Beijing Security Service Co., Ltd." The personnel who have no objection to the publicity shall sign a labor contract with the labor dispatch company in accordance with the prescribed procedures, and the initial labor contract shall be signed for a period of 3 years (probationary period of 6 months). At the expiration of the probationary period, if the probationary period is assessed and meets the employment conditions, the labor contract shall be terminated if the employment conditions are not met. After becoming a regular, a salary of about 5,200-5,500 yuan/month should be paid (including social insurance and housing provident fund paid by individuals), and there will be year-end assessment rewards. Provide accommodation, meals and other logistics support (some positions do not provide accommodation).
6. Other precautions
