At present, Haikai Industry, a subsidiary of Haikai Holdings, has developed and constructed the second phase of Zhongguancun Dongsheng Science and Technology Park, Haikai Park, Brick Kiln, Zhongguancun Yongfeng Industrial Base, Xinyu, and Zhongguancun Digital Economy Headquarters Park.
Zhongguancun Dongsheng Science and Technology Park Phase II Haikai Park is located in the Dongsheng Development Pole of Haidian District, located in the "Zhongguancun Street High-end Innovation Cluster Development Corridor", which is a key project of Beijing's "3 100" in 2024. With a total construction area of about 240,000 square meters, the project consists of 6 scientific research office buildings and 1 scientific research supporting building.
