On July 1, the Kunming village-level collective economic project "Unveiling and Recruiting" Shicheng Project was successfully unveiled and signed in the Shicheng Community Neighborhood Committee, and held the "Red Driven Development and Drawing a New Picture of Rural Revitalization" activity, Xiong Jian, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of the resort, Zhang Huai, member of the Party Working Committee of the resort and director of the Party and Mass Work Department, and representatives of the Party Branch of Yunnan Datang Holding Group Company and Yunnan Yunzhou Culture Communication Co., Ltd. participated in the event.
At the signing ceremony, the Party Committee of Shicheng Community and Yunnan Yunzhou Culture Communication Co., Ltd. signed a rural revitalization project agreement, and Shicheng Community will join hands with Yunnan Yunzhou Culture Communication Co., Ltd. to plan and construct from the aspects of architectural planning, talent recruitment and training, agricultural culture display, farming skills experience, infrastructure improvement, publicity and promotion strategy, and operation and management mechanism, so as to jointly create a new model of rural revitalization. The implementation of the collective economic project will build functional areas such as food courts, catering streets, leisure and entertainment areas, set up cultural wall display art bases, and create ancient Dian ruins.
The Shicheng community has rich natural and cultural resources, not only the historical landscapes such as the ancient Liangwang food storehouse, the ancient pavilion cliff, and the poetry and stone carvings, but also actively cooperates with the Yunnan Artists Association to build cultural facilities such as "Luojiang Stone City Art Creation Base" and "Luojiang Studio".
The Party Committee of Shicheng Community and the Party Branch of Yunnan Datang Holding Group Co., Ltd. also signed an agreement on party building and joint construction, giving full play to the respective advantages of both parties, and carrying out cooperation in five aspects: organization and joint construction, joint management of activities, joint management of party members, joint education of talents, and joint promotion of industries, focusing on the development of tourism industry, infrastructure construction, food promotion and cultural inheritance, and continuously developing and expanding the village collective economy. In the future, the resort will make efforts from joint operation, project supervision, and interest connection to create a beautiful village suitable for living, working and traveling, and inject new impetus into the development of village-level collective economic projects in Shicheng community.
