At the construction site of the project, Wang Tongjun successively inspected the project progress, standardization promotion and on-site safety and quality control of the project cooperation tunnel exit, sleeper yard and small prefabricated component factory. At the exit of the cooperative tunnel, he inspected the construction quality of the second lining of the tunnel and the excavation of the tunnel face, and listened to the report of the project leader on the introduction of the whole bid section project, construction progress, 2024 implementation plan, and the promotion of process tooling. The exit section of the cooperative tunnel has a length of 2,490 meters, of which 1,185 meters are fourth-grade surrounding rock, accounting for 48%, and 1,305 meters are fifth-grade surrounding rock, accounting for 52%. The shallowest burial depth is 12 meters, and the maximum burial depth is 192 meters. The project actively responded to the requirements of "intelligence, digitalization, informatization, standardization and factory" advocated by Ganqing Company, and built an intelligent small prefabricated component factory covering an area of 98 acres in only 40 days. The prefabricated plant is the first small-scale prefabricated component factory put into production on the whole line of Xicheng Railway, with a total prefabrication volume of about 76,000 square meters, and undertakes the production and distribution of small components from one to eight standards. The project has gradually explored a set of mature production and operation system, that is, one system, two lines, three intelligent connections and seven units. "One system" is an information control system to realize the information integration of material management, production management, finished product management and cost management. The "two lines" are the two production lines of the prefabrication plant, which respectively set up a special intelligent production line for cover plates, and a hybrid intelligent production line covering various product types such as hollow hexagonal blocks and concrete protective fences. "Three intelligent linkage" is the intelligent production line from the information precision CNC cloth, to the intelligent automatic demoulding, to the robot automatic palletizing three links to form an intelligent linkage. The "seven units" are the whole process of the production line is decomposed into seven units: automatic cloth vibration, automatic stacking and destacking, constant temperature steaming and curing, intelligent demoulding, automatic mold cleaning, intelligent palletizing and automatic oil injection. The prefabricated plant has independently developed a complete set of fully automated production lines and spray steaming and curing systems to replace traditional manual production, which has the highest degree of intelligence, the largest factory scale, the largest production capacity, and the largest variety of compatible production products, and has achieved a huge breakthrough in construction efficiency and production cost.

The sleeper yard covers an area of 80 acres and undertakes the prefabrication and transportation of 428,940 double-block sleepers. The production of double-block sleepers adopts intelligent production line equipment, the application of the Internet, big data, cloud computing and other cutting-edge high-tech, and the main stations are divided into automatic truss welding processing, intelligent stirrup processing, mold cleaning, release agent spraying, casing installation, truss molding, concrete distribution, kiln entry, steam curing, flip demoulding, sleeper detection, sleeper palletizing. Through the use of intelligent production equipment, the labor intensity of operators and the safety risk of the construction process are reduced, and the product quality and stability are improved.
