Recently, the Gongjing District People's Court has built a data collection center, focusing on the theme of "fairness and efficiency", focusing on the in-depth application of electronic files, building a new model of online case handling in the whole process, giving full play to the role of informatization support and guarantee, and consolidating and improving the achievements of smart court construction.
The reporter saw in the data collection center that the paperless case scanning and cataloging team formed by 2 scanners and 4 cataloging personnel is equipped with 2 high-speed scanners, 1 set of synchronous image processing software, 1 high-definition display screen and 2 sets of 8 sets of file intermediate cabinets to meet the needs of online case handling.
The data collection center relies on the electronic file whole process management system to realize the centralized scanning, accurate cataloging, and transfer and archiving of all trial and enforcement cases in the whole court. The newly received case materials are scanned and stored in the transfer cabinet within 24 hours, and the cataloging work is carried out simultaneously with the scanning to achieve fast search, accurate positioning and online browsing. The data collection center is responsible for the quality control of scanning and cataloging by the case filing division, ensuring the standardization and systematic management of electronic files, substantially promoting the synchronous generation and in-depth application of electronic files with the case, and continuously improving the judges' experience of reading files with high-quality electronic files, and improving paperless case handling habits.
"Mountains of case files" used to be a feature of the court's judges' offices. Nowadays, digitized electronic files "clean" the office "spacious and bright", and the judge does not have a paper file in the whole process of handling cases. The "slimmed" electronic file not only facilitates the parties' inquiries, but also improves the efficiency of judges' case handling. Paper materials find a "temporary residence" in the data collection center, just a click of the mouse, the "door number" of the paper materials will come into view, whether it is "check-in" or "out" there are traces to follow, to ensure the safety of each "guest".
It is reported that since June 1, all cases in Gongjing Court have been included in the paperless case handling process, and the scanning and cataloging team has now scanned 262 case files and 26,781 pages, and all newly accepted case materials have been completed within the specified time. The data collection center will continue to optimize and improve the workflow of handover and scanning, storage of paper materials, etc., to ensure that the generated electronic materials are clear, complete, accurate, and timely, and to serve judges in a more standardized, convenient, intelligent and efficient manner, and continue to improve the quality and efficiency of trial enforcement work.
