This is actually very simple, directly speaking, it is to choose the channel to cut. But one thing to note is that the words written on the paper should be as blurry as possible and not have shadows when shooting.

Precautions for taking pictures
Start by writing a word on a piece of paper, then take a picture with your phone, being careful: there are no shadows!! For example, the following one is quite troublesome to cut out the picture.
Be sure not to have shadows when taking photos, and don't shoot too mushy, like this:
The above two are not to say that they can't be picked, but they can be simpler, why do we have to make it so complicated?
Import to PS
Import the photos you took into your PS:
Channel cutout
Click Channels on the Layer Control Panel
Click [Red], [Green], and [Blue] respectively to see which color channel has a greater difference between the text and the background color.
I'm here in the [green] channel, and the color contrast difference is even greater
Then drag the [Channels with Large Color Differences] to [+] (to create a new channel)
A Green Copy channel will appear
按快捷键【Ctrl】+【L】调出色阶
Drag the first slider on the Levels first, and observe the image on the editing area, the black will deepen.
This depends on personal feelings, drag a few more times to know, there is no fixed value.
Then drag the third slider on the Levels, and the white background will become lighter and lighter. Until the gray particles on the background are gone.
Finally, fine-tune the second slider on the [Levels], you can drag it left and right to see the situation.
After the adjustment, click [OK]
Then press and hold the [Ctrl] key on the keyboard, and click the [Green Copy] channel thumbnail on the [Channel Control Panel] with the [Left Mouse Button]
Then click [Select] - [Reverse], and the dotted marquee will only select the black part of the image
Then click the [RGB Channel] on the [Channel Control Panel]
Click [Layer] - [Mask]
In this way, the text on the paper is cut out.
What if the text isn't black enough?
If the text is not black enough after being cut out, add a black clipping mask to the text.
Click New Layer on the Layer Control Panel
A Layer 2
Check the foreground and background colors of the left toolbar.
At this time, the foreground color is black and the background color is white.

- 填充背景色快捷键:【Ctrl】+【Del】
At this time, let's press [Alt] + [Del] to fill in the black
Don't panic, click [Right Mouse Button] on the black [Layer 2] in the [Layer Control Panel] - [Create Clipping Mask]
A bend symbol will appear on the Layer Control Panel
If you need the text to change to a different color, fill the clipping mask with a different color.
