The new e-tax bureau login method provides you with three types of entrances: "corporate business", "natural person business" and "agency business". Compared to the previous version, the changes are as follows:
1. Enterprise business

(2) Change of login password
When handling enterprise business, the original login with the enterprise password is changed to the personal password of the login person.
Original login method: enterprise social credit code/taxpayer identification number + enterprise password + SMS verification;
The new version of the login method: enterprise social credit code/taxpayer identification number + personal user information of the current login person (ID card/mobile phone number/user name) + personal user password of the current login person + SMS verification/face verification.
In the login interface of specific entities, cross-regional inspection households, cross-regional tax source registration taxpayers, and other registered households are integrated. Taxpayers can handle tax-related matters according to their own type.
Caution:
Cross-regional taxpayers and cross-regional tax source registration taxpayers are two different types of taxpayers.
☑ If you find that there is no place to enter your SAFE certificate number after logging in, it may be that you have mistakenly selected as a cross-district tax source registered taxpayer when you log in.
☑ If you have a SAFE certificate but you do not have the SAFE certificate you want to apply for when you log in, you need to have the person in charge of the SAFE certificate or the person in charge of finance handle it.
Note: The personal user password refers to the password used when registering as a natural person at the old entrance of the e-Tax Bureau.
If the current login person has not been registered as a natural person in the previous period and does not have a personal user password, the system will automatically give the initial password, which is the "last 6 digits of the ID card" of the legal representative, financial director, tax personnel and other operators who have been verified by real name, please change the password in time after logging in.
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the "Forgot Password" module in the lower right corner of the new login portal to change your password.
2. Business of natural persons
1. Change in login method
You can choose three login methods for the login entrance of the natural person business: resident ID number, mobile phone number, and user name (please give priority to the certificate number for the first login), enter the personal user password, and choose SMS verification or scan code verification after the authentication is passed.
2. Changes in the maintenance method of mobile phone numbers
If multiple people associate the same mobile phone number before the upgrade, only one person can be associated with a mobile phone number after the upgrade, and the party that has obtained the latest SMS verification will be associated by default, and the mobile phone numbers of other personnel will be cleared. If you don't have a mobile phone number, you need to reset your current mobile phone number. You can log in with your personal ID number and password, and enter the "Account Center" to add or modify your mobile phone number after passing the verification by scanning the code and swiping your face. If you forget your mobile phone number, you can select "Find Mobile Number" on the login page and follow the prompts to add your mobile phone number again. For the security of your personal account information, please do not bind your account to another person's mobile phone number.
3. Password retrieval
If you forget your password, you can select "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter the certificate type and certificate number, select SMS verification or mobile APP (Guangxi Tax APP (Android)/Zhiguitong APP (Android/IOS) or Individual Income Tax APP (Android/IOS)) to scan the code and scan the face for verification, and then enter the "Account Center" to set a new password.
3. Agency business
After completing the login verification using the agency business portal, the agent directly selects the agent enterprise, and no longer needs to enter the enterprise password of the agent enterprise, and can enter the electronic tax bureau to handle the relevant tax business for it.
Taxpayers need to log in to the e-tax bureau through "scan code login", and then scan the web QR code through the APP to complete the login, and "scan code login" supports "APP" or "individual income tax APP".
When a taxpayer scans the QR code with the APP to log in, if the identity of the APP login is the identity of "enterprise business", after scanning the QR code of the web version, the web version of the electronic tax bureau will log in to the business of the enterprise; If the logged-in identity is "natural person business", after scanning the web-based QR code, the web-based e-tax bureau will be logged in as a personal business. Taxpayers who scan the code and log in through the individual income tax APP are personal businesses.

Note: The electronic tax bureau will not automatically give the invoicing function to the tax clerk initialized by the system, and the legal representative and financial person in charge of the enterprise need to set it up according to business needs.
3. What should an enterprise do after adding a tax clerk and a biller?
To confirm.
After the system is upgraded, the user authorization mode adopts the two-way authentication mode. In order to effectively prevent the risk of fraudulent use of identity, a "two-way confirmation" mechanism for the relationship between people and enterprises is established to prevent the identity of tax personnel from being fraudulently used.
The relationship between the enterprise and the tax officer is established through two-way confirmation. Tax personnel can handle tax business within the scope of authorization.
After the legal representative and the person in charge of finance initiate the process of adding tax personnel in the enterprise account center - personnel authority management, the information will be pushed to the natural person, and the natural person needs to confirm that the tax related business can be successfully handled in the enterprise.
After this optimization and upgrade, natural persons can apply for binding to become a tax clerk or billing clerk of the enterprise through the functions of [Personal Business] - [My Information] - [Account Center] - [Enterprise Authorization Management] - [Apply for Enterprise Authorization].
Natural persons can view the bound enterprises through the functions of [Personal Business] - [My Information] - [Account Center] - [Enterprise Authorization Management] - [Authorized Enterprises], and can unbind the authorized identities online.
4. How to confirm?

Note: Tax personnel who are not associated with the enterprise will not be able to log in to the e-tax bureau to handle corporate business. If the association has been linked, but the association validity period has expired, the enterprise registration cannot be completed. If you leave the company, you can directly click the "Unbind" button to disassociate from the current enterprise.
5. How do I switch my identity?
1. Intra-enterprise switching
If the current logged-in person has multiple identities in the same enterprise, after logging in to the e-Tax Bureau as an enterprise business identity, he can switch to different identities in the enterprise to handle business in the [Account Center] - [Identity Switch] module without logging out and logging in again.
2. Switch between enterprises
If the current loggon holds multiple identities in different enterprises, after logging in to the e-Tax Bureau as an enterprise business identity, you can switch to the relevant identities of different enterprises in the [Account Center] - [Identity Switch] module, and there is no need to log out and log in again.
3. The business switches to the individual
The current logged-in person can switch from the enterprise service to the personal service, but after switching to the personal service, the user cannot switch from the personal service to the enterprise service.
Invoicing function
Invoicing
Personnel with invoicing authority are required to log in to the e-Tax Bureau (including the legal representative, financial person in charge and invoicing clerk), and jump to the invoicing business function menu from the "I want to do tax - invoicing business" module on the Home of the e-Tax Bureau.
Click the "Blue Invoice Issuance" module to enter the blue invoice issuance function interface of the electronic invoice service platform.
